Special Class Placement 2026 - Parents who are considering a special class placement for their child from September 2026 that they must apply to the Special Educational Needs Organiser (SENO) for an eligibility letter in line with Circular 39/2025. Please note:
An eligibility letter from the NCSE is a mandatory requirement for enrolment in a special class.
Applications to the SENO must be submitted no later than October 1st, 2025.
Without this letter, children cannot be considered for placement in a special class.

5th and 6th Class boys took part in the annual FAI Soccer Tournament last Monday in Thomastown. There were 2 teams which included some boys from 4th Class as well to make up 16. The boys performed very well against some very tough opposition. The boys from 6th Class played against 4 teams from around the county and now successfully progress to the Leinster Finals. The second team from 4th & 5th class faced very stiff opposition & really enjoyed the experience.
